Jason & Paulina

As a Stamford wedding photographer it's always a privilege to be asked to shoot in my home town. There's something truly special about photographing a wedding in a place so rich with history and charm, and Jason & Paulina’s day was no exception. With just a few days' notice, they reached out with a last-minute request for me to join them for a portion of their wedding day at the Crown Hotel. Nestled in the heart of Stamford, the hotel provided a wonderfully intimate setting, full of character and warmth.

We decided to take advantage of the stunning evening light with a short trip to Burghley Park. The golden hour glow filtering through the trees at the Diana Memorial created a breath taking backdrop for their portraits, adding a soft, romantic feel to the images. To round off our time together, we took a leisurely stroll up Barn Hill, one of Stamford’s most picturesque streets. The cobbled pathways and grand Georgian townhouses provided a timeless, elegant setting that perfectly complemented Jason & Paulina’s wedding aesthetic. The charm of Stamford’s historic architecture, combined with the gentle evening light, made for a truly magical session.
