I want your wedding to feel like a wedding, not an all-day photoshoot.
My approach is mostly documentary: finding the moments already happening, getting to know your guests and blending into the day rather than constantly directing it. When we do head off for portraits, I'll give you all the guidance you need - particularly if, like most of my couples, the thought of having your photo taken feels slightly terrifying.
I’m always looking for great light, genuine moments and photographs that actually feel like the two of you. Sometimes that means quietly capturing something from across the room; sometimes it means disappearing for ten minutes because the evening light has suddenly become ridiculous.
The important bit is that photography never takes over your wedding. You enjoy yourselves, spend time with your favourite people and forget about me as much as possible.

I'm a Stamford-based wedding photographer covering Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and weddings across the UK. I've spent more than 12 years behind a camera and photographed over 100 weddings along the way — which means I've seen just about everything a wedding day can throw at you.
My job is obviously to give you photographs you'll love. But it's also to make having them taken feel surprisingly painless.
