Catherine & Todd's Wedding
It was an absolute joy to be Catherine & Todd's Cambridgeshire wedding photographer in August. We had such a good time together on an engagement shoot earlier in the year that I knew the day was going to be a fun one. Catherine and Todd’s wedding was set in the picturesque village of Linton - Catherine’s childhood home - and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. Tucked away in the rolling countryside, Linton is full of character and charm, with its winding lanes, traditional village atmosphere, and a sense of timelessness that made their day feel all the more intimate. Their ceremony took place in the beautiful village church where Catherine grew up attending services with her family. There was something incredibly moving about watching her walk down the aisle in the very place that shaped so much of her early life.
Following the ceremony, guests made their way to Provenance Bar and Kitchen - a stylish and contemporary venue nestled just outside Cambridge. With its open-plan layout, rustic charm, and seasonal menus, Provenance provided the perfect setting for Catherine and Todd’s reception. The space was beautifully styled with soft greenery, personal touches, and a relaxed, elegant vibe that fit the couple to a tee.
We took some time just before dinner to explore the surrounding grounds for portraits. The mix of natural textures, golden evening light, and the effortless connection between Catherine and Todd made for some truly special moments. Provenance’s blend of countryside charm and modern design gave us a gorgeous variety of backdrops, from leafy walkways to softly lit interiors.
The evening flowed with heartfelt speeches, delicious food, and a packed dance floor that kept the celebrations going late into the night. There’s something so special about weddings that blend heritage with style, and Catherine and Todd’s day did just that—elegant, personal, and full of joy.
Here’s a small collection of images from this beautiful day in Linton and at Provenance.
