FAQ

Where are you based?

I am based in Cambridgeshire, but regularly travel to venues all over the country and also cater to international bookings - these require a unique quote on a case-by-case basis due to the nature of international travel. Please do get in touch if you're travelling abroad for your big day.

How will I receive my photos?

You'll initially receive a small handful of images within a couple of days of your wedding, just to give you a sneak peak of the highlights! This will then be followed by a password protected online gallery with all your edited images that you can share with friends and family, as well as a personalised USB stick sent directly to you.  I aim to have this with you within 4 weeks.

Do you charge for travel/accommodation?

I understand the stresses of wedding planning and strive to make booking your wedding photographer as simple and painless as possible. The prices you see on my website are the prices you pay - nothing more. I won't charge you for travel across across East Anglia and Rutland, Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire (I may ask for a small petrol contribution outside of these counties). Any accommodation I feel I may need will be covered by myself.

How many photos do I receive?

I try not to put a fixed number on this as I definitely won't skip over any imagery that's good enough and I certainly won't include any that isn't. With this said you can expect to receive a bare minimum of 400 fully edited photographs from a full day of coverage and approximately 250 from a half day.

Can we meet before our wedding day?

Of course we can! I'm happy to meet for coffee (it's on me) to go over any details you'd like to go over. If you're a little further afield we can also arrange an online video call whenever suits you. I also offer a pre-wedding engagement photo shoot which is a great opportunity to get to know one another before the big day.

We're feeling a bit nervous about the couple's portraits...

Rest assured, this is completely normal and you're definitely not alone in this feeling. My usual approach to work is light and candid and I'm more than happy to keep things casual for your couple's portraits. We can completely tailor this time to suit you and your personalities as a couple.

Do you have insurance?

Absolutely. I have full professional indemnity insurance and Public Liability insurance.

Do you require a booking fee?

Yes please. A £100 deposit secures your date in my diary and means I will turn away any other bookings for the same day. If I have multiple enquiries for the same date I work on a first come, first serve basis so if you're keen to have me, please get in touch early to avoid disappointment.

Can we print our own images?

Yes you can. Once you receive your digital images from me, they are yours to do with as you please.
